Michael Powell is the General Manager at Hayfields. He oversees the entire operations to provide a first-class experience across all service offerings. Mike has been with Hayfields since 2020 and spent the previous 15 years at Turf Valley Resort, a sister property, as the Food and Beverage Director. Mike has a passion for people, from members to employees. He is very proud of the property – its family-owned roots and instills the same values in his team. Mike has challenged himself to go above and beyond by continually elevating service levels and creating operational efficiencies across all departments. He loves a challenge and is encouraged to take something good and make it even better. Outside of work, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and sharing his love of sports with his children.

Erick Brock is the PGA Head Professional at Hayfields. Erick is responsible for the golf operations related to daily play, member satisfaction, golf tournaments and retail merchandise. Though newer to Hayfields, Erick’s career spans 26 years in the golf industry. He has spent his profession learning from other golf professionals and brings the culmination of his experience to Hayfields. Erick’s role will focus on providing exceptional level of service to all members and guests. He is privileged to serve as the Club’s golf pro to demonstrate his knowledge and share the beauty of the golf course and campus. Erick is a graduate of Methodist University with a degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Golf Management.

Jennifer Diliberto joined Hayfields in 2021 as Membership Director. Jennifer’s warm and engaging personality is very hospitality-focused making members and guests always feel welcome and comfortable at Hayfields. Originally from Rochester, NY, Jennifer’s professional background has been with CBS Television and Radio advertising sales before moving into her current dream position of Membership Director at Hayfields. Jennifer takes great pride in representing the beauty, culture, and history of Hayfields with the community. Jennifer lives in nearby Ruxton with her husband and enjoys spending time playing golf, entertaining, and traveling.

Bryan is the Superintendent at Hayfields Country Club. Bryan oversees maintenance of the golf course and grounds throughout the club. He supervises a team of personnel to ensure the golf course is continually maintained to optimal levels. Brian was hired in 1998 as the Assistant Superintendent and was promoted to Superintendent in 2003. Bryan takes pride in preserving the beauty of the golf course and historical grounds at Hayfields and believes there is no better place to watch the sun rise than on the golf course. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He is a father of three and an avid sports fan cheering on his favorite Maryland teams.

Rachael specializes in Accounting; ensuring that our book keeping for the club is complete and accurate. Rachael loves interacting with members when she has the opportunity to. She has a true passion for accounting, so much that she could do it "All day, every day!" She is currently working to become a Certified Public Accountant because she wants to "be the best at what I do and learn as much as I possibly can." Rachael loves the outdoors and kayaking!

Brittany is responsible for the sales and coordination of banquet events and weddings. She has spent her career working in the hospitality industry and is able to build an instant connection with people. It has been an exciting opportunity for Brittany to be an integral part of the event process. From the initial meeting with a guest to the culmination of the event, Brittany is honored to be a part of these special occasions and witness the joy that they bring.

Crystal is the Clubhouse Manager at Hayfields, and oversees all Food and Beverage operations. Crystal enjoys making the club a true home away from home for our membership. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2019 and spent several years working in stem cell research. She then decided to follow a different path and transitioned into hospitality after moving to Florida in 2021. What started as a change of pace quickly turned into a passion, and found she truly enjoys creating memorable experiences for others. She bartended for Universal and private social clubs in Florida, gaining valuable experience in fast-paced, member-focused environments. She spent a year with Ruth’s Chris before joining Hayfields as a Food and Beverage Manager. Over the past two years, Crystal has grown within the organization. Outside of work, you’ll find her in the gym or spending time with her dog, Freya, who keeps life entertaining.

Tyler Mae Hunt is the Executive Chef at Hayfields. Born into an Indo-Trinidadian family, Chef Hunt’s early immersion in vibrant Caribbean flavors laid a foundation for a career defined by creativity, excellence and cultural richness. Her diverse culinary journey elevates Hayfields’ dining experience with innovative, high-quality dishes reflecting both refined technique and the heart-felt traditions she grew up knowing and loving. Chef Hunt is dedicated to ensuring that every dining experience reflects the warmth and care of her culinary vision.

As Director of Maintenance, John brings 20+ years of experience with his own construction company which focused on restorations and specialty carpentry. With a deep respect for the property’s heritage and architectural integrity, he oversees all aspects of maintenance operations—from routine upkeep to large-scale restoration projects—ensuring the Club remains both operationally sound and historically authentic. John has played a key role in modernizing infrastructure while preserving original craftsmanship. Whether managing HVAC upgrades that align with preservation standards or coordinating restoration approvals, he balances innovation with tradition.
